After writing and producing professional communications for more than three decades for a wide variety of small companies, nonprofits, and entrepreneurial ventures, Ron began focusing on the solar energy industry in 2002, when his two-person freelance creative team became the marketing communications arm for AEE Solar in California, one of the nation’s oldest and largest wholesale distributors of renewable energy systems and equipment. Through The Strategic Word Ron serves dozens of renewable energy companies in assignments ranging from one-time consultations with solar dealers and installers to comprehensive communications projects and ongoing account management for major players in the solar industry.
